Early-access privacy notice

Who is responsible
Electric Fitness Pty Ltd (ACN 631 480 923) as trustee for The EF Trust (ABN 71 842 176 735), operating as InvestingOnline, is responsible for the personal information collected through earlyaccess.investingonline.com. For privacy questions or requests, email contact@investingonline.com.
What this notice covers
This notice explains how we handle information when you visit the early-access page, join its email list or contact us about it. Joining is optional and does not create a paid membership. The future membership website will need its own information about account, payment and product data before those features are offered.
What we collect and why
When you join, we collect your email address, the wording and version of the consent you give, the signup date and source, and information showing whether your address was successfully added to our email service. We use these records to manage the list, send the development, beta and launch updates you requested, and keep evidence of your choices. Without your email address and consent, we cannot add you to the list.
When you contact us, we receive the information you include so we can respond. Please do not send passwords, payment details or sensitive financial information in a privacy enquiry.
Our website processes an IP address to limit repeated signup attempts. The signup database stores an IP-derived hash and attempt count for an hourly period, rather than a raw IP address. Expired rate-limit records are removed when a later signup request runs the cleanup. This does not mean the data is anonymous or that all provider logs are deleted at the same time.
Hosting and security providers may also process technical request information, such as IP addresses, browser information and access logs, to deliver and protect the site.
Providers and overseas processing
We use OpenAI Sites, with Cloudflare infrastructure, to host the page and its signup database. We use Resend to manage the early-access email list and deliver its messages. These providers process information needed to perform those services. Information may be processed outside Australia, including in the United States. Resend states that it processes data transferred to it in the United States. The hosting platform uses international infrastructure; we have not selected an Australia-only storage location.
Provider information is available from OpenAI, Cloudflare and Resend. Their notices supplement this explanation; they do not replace our responsibility for how we use your signup information.
Email choices
We send early-access marketing updates only with your consent. You can withdraw it using the unsubscribe link in a marketing email, or by emailing contact@investingonline.com. An unsubscribe stops future marketing messages; it does not automatically erase every consent or suppression record. We retain the information needed to respect your opt-out. A repeat signup does not automatically reverse an existing global unsubscribe in Resend.
This is a single-opt-in list: submitting the form does not verify ownership of an email address. If someone entered your address without your permission, contact us to have it removed from active use.
Cookies and tracking
We have not added advertising pixels, behavioural analytics or browser-storage tracking to this early-access page. The hosting or security platform may use technical mechanisms needed to operate and protect the site. This statement applies to this page, not to every website operated by our providers. We will review this notice before adding optional tracking to the page.
Keeping and protecting information
We keep active signup information while it is needed for the early-access updates you requested. We review the list when the beta or launch phase changes and remove information no longer needed. We may retain limited consent, suppression or complaint records where needed to respect your choices, resolve an issue or meet an applicable obligation. We do not promise that unsubscribing deletes every record immediately.
Access to signup records is limited to those who need it to operate the list and its service providers. The page uses HTTPS and the email-service credential is stored as a server-side secret. No system can guarantee absolute security.
Access, correction, deletion and complaints
Email contact@investingonline.com to ask about your information, request access or correction, ask for deletion, or make a privacy complaint. Depending on the law that applies to you, you may also have rights to object, restrict processing or obtain a portable copy. We may ask for proportionate information to verify that a request concerns your address. We will explain any information we need to retain and the reason.
Please describe your concern so we can investigate and respond. You may also contact the privacy regulator that applies to you. In Australia, information about privacy complaints is available from the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.
Changes
We will update this page when our practices change and show the new date. Joining the early-access list does not give blanket consent for unrelated marketing or future product data collection.
